Cancellation Policy

At Wilton Patisserie, we take great care in sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare your meals. To ensure the best service, we begin purchasing raw materials well in advance of your event and a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.

Please note the following regarding cancellations:

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit, as we have already purchased raw materials for your order.

At Wilton, we deliver our catering orders through our shops during our operating hours. Please note the following regarding our delivery process:

Delivery Availability: To arrange delivery, please contact our support team to check availability for your desired date, time, and location.

Quotation: Once availability is confirmed, our support team will provide you with a customized delivery quotation based on the specifics of your order and location.

Shop Pickup: If delivery is not available or suitable, you can pick up your order from our shops during operating hours.
