Vineyard: Blend of vineyards on both VSP and Goblet at Paphos region.
Altitude: 400 - 450m
Soil: Silt loamy soil.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low T °C. Battonage applied for 2 months.
Color: Rose color with purple hints.
Nose: Red fruits, strawberry, pomegranate and red cherry.
Palate: Fruity, well balanced, with a good structure.
Enjoy it with salads, pasta dishes, Cypriot appetizers, or as a refreshing aperitif.
Best served at 8-10 Degrees Celsius.
